Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks, commonly known as Hebel, are modern lightweight masonry units used as an efficient alternative to traditional red clay bricks. Manufactured from a blend of cement, quartz/silica sand, lime, gypsum, water, and an aluminum foaming agent, AAC blocks undergo high-pressure steam curing in an autoclave. This process creates a cellular micro-porous structure that is extremely lightweight, structurally sound, and highly precise.
