Some heavy, bulky, fragile, or oversized building materials may only be available for delivery to selected areas.

If your location is outside our normal delivery area, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.

3. Shipping Costs

For these products:

• Customers may need to provide suitable access to the delivery location.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can safely accommodate the vehicle and unloading process.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, the location cannot be accessed, or the delivery vehicle cannot safely reach the location, additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.

8. Inspection at Delivery

Customers should inspect the products and packaging when the order is delivered.

If you receive:

• Damaged products;
• Missing items;
• Incorrect products; or
• Products that appear significantly different from the order,

please contact TB. RAHMAT JAYA as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the products, packaging, and any damage.

9. Damaged Products During Shipping

If products are damaged during transportation, we will review the claim and determine the appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

Depending on the situation, the resolution may include replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

Customers should not dispose of damaged products or packaging before the claim has been reviewed unless otherwise instructed.
