We accept returns within 7 days of delivery

to qualify for a return :

-item must be unused , uninstalled , and in their original condition.

-Product must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and labels

-proof of purchase ( order number of receipt) is required

The following items cannot be returned or refunded :

-Cement,Mortar,Plaster ,or other products that have been opened or partialy used.

-Custom-Cut materials (wood,pipes ,tiles , upvc ,etc.)

-Special-order or customized products.

-Paints,adhesive,sealants and chemicals that have been opened.

-Clearance , Final sale, or Discontinued items.

-Product demage due to improper storage ,handling , or installation.

If you receive a damaged , defective,or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with :

-Your order number

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

IF APPROVED :

-Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

-For large or heavy building materials,return pickup charges may apply.

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

once order has beem shipped, it cannot be canceled and must folllow the standars return process.

We only replace items if they are defective ,damaged, or incorrect.
